Have representation by someone you know and trust!
Did you know that when you purchase a new home directly from a sales representative at a new home model that you have NO representation? The sales representative works for the builder and works in his best interest, not yours.REALTOR representation for you as the buyer of new construction is 100% free to you!
By having a REALTOR involved, you have representation and the Builder pays for it. If you do not have a REALTOR the builder does not reduce the price of your new home. The builder just nets more profit for and you don't have representation.YOU DON'T WANT TO VISIT A NEW HOME MODEL WITHOUT LETTING YOUR REALTOR KNOW OR AT LEAST TELLING THE MODEL REP WHO YOUR REALTOR WILL BE!
Why wouldn't you want representation by a trained professional if you don't even have to pay for it?
